Bertha Richmond to Evelyn Wight Letter, c. 1898

Grand President Bertha Richmond writes to 'Evelyn,' presumably former Grand President Evelyn Wight. Richmond had previously sent documents on the Beta Beta chapter charter withdrawal issue, and asks that nothing be copied nor shared. A reporter has threatened Richmond and the fraternity with exposure. A lawsuit is pending, dating the letter to May or June of 1898. (Note that correspondence at the time speculated the charter withdrawal efforts began with Beta Beta chapter's Evelyn Wight, and this letter could substantiate that claim.)
