Bertha Richmond to Kappa Kappa Gamma Chapters Circular Letter 2, June 23, 1898

Grand President Bertha Richmond sends the chapters this official printed document, what is later referred to as the June 23 circular letter. In these materials, Richmond announces that the fraternity constitution has been made public. Richmond mentions St. Clair McKelway's published letter, and that legal proceedings have begun in the Beta Beta chapter charter withdrawal controversy. This copy of the letter has some underlining. The June 24 cover letter is also available.
