Carmen Elliott to H.R. Munroe Letter, December 5, 1949

Carmen Elliott inquires whether individual souvenirs to be given to each person attending the 1950 National Convention fall under the category of items that may be brought into Canada free of duty. Elliott quotes a letter from L.F. Jackson dated May 4, 1936 regarding this issue at the 1936 National Convention. H.R. Munroe's original notice about duty-free items and a reply to this letter from L.H. Taylor are also available.
