Edith Reese Crabtree provides information about a dress she donated at the 1954 National Convention. The dress was worn at a reception hosted by King Alfonso of Spain when Crabtree and her husband traveled there for a meeting of the International Urological Association. On the back of the memo are handwritten notes on the historical pageant for the 1956 National Convention.
