Convention Officer to Clara Pierce Letter, May 10-29, 1930

A form letter sent to Province Presidents serving at the 1930 National Convention. Officers filled out their expenses and returned the letter to Clara Pierce to add to the convention budget. The officer to whom this was sent, replied that they would probably not be attending the convention, but if they did, their train fare would be $25.50. On the back of the letter, the author explains that her attendance at convention would not be required that year.
