Seabright, an alumna of Beta Upsilon Chapter, writes in support of the petition of Kappa Alpha Sigma to re-establish Alpha Chapter at Monmouth College. A friend of hers, Isabel Bickett, is entering Monmouth College, and Seabright would like to see her become a Kappa.
