A fifteen-inch doll with porcelain head and hands dressed in a maroon, velvet dress made by Margaret Leland Russell, Rho. The dress was fashioned after the Daniel Huntington's portrait of Lucy Webb Hayes. First Lady Hayes was asked to be an honorary member of Ohio Wesleyan University Rho Chapter.
