These notes appear to be three sets of preparatory remarks, perhaps for testimony in the Beta Beta Chapter lawsuit against the fraternity for charter withdrawal. One set is handwritten on the Beta Beta Chapter's attorney's letterhead, District Attorney Ledyard P. Hale, and pertains to chapters in small colleges. Another set is typed, written from the perspective of the New York Alumnae Association and their testimony on the Beta Beta Chapter's worthiness. This section presents case arguments in numbered responses, some sentences with great emphasis of all capital letters. The third set is handwritten on different paper and was written by a Beta Beta who previously wrote a letter to The Key Editor Mary Hull. This set pertains to the revoking of charters. All three sections appear to be drafts, with notations, and items crossed out and corrected.
