Heaton et al. v. Richmond Massachusetts 6276 Writ of Injunction, June 29, 1898-February 20, 1899

This set of documents serves as the Massachusetts injunction of the Beta Beta Chapter against the fraternity, Heaton et al. v. Richmond. The injunction was filed June 29, 1898, served the following day, and then a copy of it was presented February 20, 1899 for further proceedings. The related papers are certificates for the judge and clerks. There is a note on the back, Plaintiffs' Exhibit 36, with descriptive information. Presumably this document served as evidence in the 1899 Beta Beta Chapter lawsuit against the fraternity, Heaton v. Hull.
