Wheeler provides a history of her correspondence with Elizabeth Arden in 1946 and 1952 as well as her final thoughts about the Elizabeth Arden scroll. She provides a transcript of letters exchanged between the two of them where Wheeler asks to borrow the scroll in 1946 and a reply and in 1952 when Wheeler asks again to borrow the scroll but it is discovered to be missing. Wheeler also provides information from her diary about taking the scroll to the Smithsonian exhibition in 1946 and her recollections about speaking with Almira McNaboe about the scroll in 1952.
