History of the Elizabeth Arden Scroll Finale, September 18, 1967

Wheeler provides a history of the Elizabeth Arden Scroll from October 1945 through 1952. In May 1946, Wheeler borrowed the scroll from Elizabeth Arden for use in an exhibit at the National Collection of Fine Arts at the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C. Wheeler reports that in June of 1946 she returned the scroll to Almira McNaboe, the KKG national historian, who took it to the Diamond Jubilee convention later that month. In 1952, Elizabeth Arden reported that the scroll had never been returned.
