Cleora Wheeler to Margaret Thilly Letter, and Alice Burrows to Cleora Wheeler Letter, April 24 - May 1, 1945

In her letter dated April 24th, Wheeler writes that she can create the Award of Honor for Elizabeth Arden and provides suggestions as to the material and layout of the award as well as details about cost. In her reply, Burrows writes that she approves of Wheeler's suggestions and that the next step will be to get formal approval of the National Council, which she expects to get shortly.
