Willa Lou Selzer was Wyoming University's Beauty Queen in 1938. She was chosen by the members of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at Illinois, in the Branding Iron contest. This photograph was featured on the back photo section of the December 1938 issue of The Key.
