Andrea Hilburn was appointed chairperson of the 1977 Christmas "Gift Lift" by Richard Warne, President of the Marion County Mental Health Association. The drive is meant to collect gifts to lift the spirits of the patients. This photograph was featured on page 35 of the Spring 1978 issue to The Key.
