MIriam Locke is Scholarship Chairman. She gave the opening address at the 1948 Scholarship Banquet. She also served as the alternate Panhellenic delegate in 1949. A portion of this photograph was featured on page 195 of the October 1948 issue and on page 6 of the February 1950 issue of The Key.
