Mary Elizabeth Mann is this year's Sun Goddess at the 50th anniversary celebration of the St. Petersburg, Florida, Festival of States. As Sun Goddess, Mary will be an ambassador for St. Petersburg, traveling to several festivals and events throughout the country.
