In honor of Loula Ujffy Harris's dedication and service to the city of Austin, she was awarded a citation by the Austin City Council proclaiming April 10, 1980, as Mrs. August Watkins Harris Day. This photograph was featured on page 60 of the Summer 1982 issue of The Key.
