Ruth Chastang of the Columbus Panhellenic Association is awarded Fraternity Woman of the Year at the 9th Annual Awards Banquet. This photograph was shared again in honor of Chastang retiring from the National Panhellenic Conference delegation in October 1975, after many years of service. This photograph was featured on page 5 of the Winter 1971 issue of The Key, as well as on page 10 of the Summer 1976 issue of The Key.
