Tiara Hallman is the owner of It's A Wrap!, the largest public supplier of production wardrobe in the entire Los Angeles area. When interesting pieces come in with wardrobe purchases, like Audrey the man eating plant from Little Shop of Horrors (Film), Tiara displays the memorabilia in the store.
