Susan Apple Hollander is the owner of Craigston Cheese Company. The National Association of Specialty Food Trade named Craigston's Camembert one of three finalists as "Outstanding Cheese of the Year." This photograph was featured on page 18 of the Spring 1990 issue of The Key.
