Lili Tod McMillan is the great-great granddaughter of Civil War Governor David Tod. The Heritage Museum is located at the original residence of Governor Tod. Lili was a guest at the "First Ladies" Tea event at the Museum. A portion of this photograph was featured on page 4 of the Summer/Fall 1985 issue of The Key.
