Smilie Accepts Check from Magee and Burkhard Photograph, 1978

Karen Smilie, director of the Speech Pathology Department at Oakwood Hospital, accepts a check from Joan Linder Magee and Trudy Marcia Burkhard. The Dearborn Alumnae Association donated $225 to the Oakwood Hospital for an auditory unit to be used in their new speech pathology department. This photograph was featured on page 41 of the Fall 1978 issue of The Key.
