Lucy B. Greene (1875-1964) receives a bouquet of roses at the annual meeting of the Pomona division of the Retired Teachers' Association of California on June 12, 1962. Greene was the only surviving member of the group of 21 educators who drew up the articles of incorporation for the Retired Teachers' Association of California in 1941. This photograph was featured on page 61 of the Autumn 1964 issue of The Key.
