Kappas participate in a trust circle activity during a Kappa Kinetics program at the 1994 Regional Leadership Conference in Ohio. Nola White stands in the center, and Nancy Sherwin is part of the circle. Kappa Kinetics is a leadership training program for alumnae and collegians launched in 1994.
