This Norwegian Liberation medal is attached to a blue ribbon and features the royal cypher of King Haakon VII and the words "Alt For Norge 1940-1945" around the edge. It was awarded to Rheva Ott Shryock in 1947 for her management of the Nora Waln Fund during World War II.
