Five French children sit on a bench at the summer camp in Champtretots, France. The children, from left to right, are Lydie Vanucci, Mireille Mognol, Micheline Gaillard (not a Kappa-sponsored girl), Liliane Barbat, and Monique Pigne. From 1946-1952, the Dorothy Canfield Fisher French Relief Project of Kappa Kappa Gamma provided aid to French children affected by World War II. They sponsored summer camps, sent financial aid to schools, and provided food and clothing for the children.
