Out of the 24 new members in the Gamma Delta 1968 new member class, eight were invited to become members of Alpha Lambda Delta, a first-year scholastic honors society. They are: (seated) Ellen Ristow, Nancy Busch, Dianna Crouse, Linda Newman, Christine Havens, (standing) Claudia Sampson, Carolyn Pendleton, and Audrey McElheny.
