Flags fly outside the columned facade of the San Jose State University International Center. The building at 360 11th Street was previously the Delta Chi Chapter house before the chapter closed in 1972. The International Center was dedicated in the fall of 1978. This photograph was featured on page 73 of the Winter 1978 issue of The Key.
