Kathryn "Perk" Alger Rogers, artist Mary Elizabeth Schmitt McClain, Morgantown Alumnae Association President JoAnn Dodds Richardson, and Chapter President Susan McCartney display an oil painting of the Beta Upsilon Chapter house at 265 Prospect Street. On Founders' Day 1974, the alumnae association presented the chapter with this painting in honor of Rogers, who had been instrumental in getting the house built. This photograph was featured on page 27 of the Winter 1974 issue of The Key.
