Beta Omicron Chapter members Elsa Taylor and Emily Dees pose with a Miss Sophie doll dressed in the bustle-and-parasol style of the era of Sophie Newcomb. The doll was given away at a benefit sponsored by the New Orleans Alumnae Association to raise money for the school. This photograph was featured on page 73 of the February 1953 issue of The Key.
