The Epsilon Zeta Chapter house is decorated in a Count Dracula theme for the Sigma Chi Derby, for which the chapter won first place. The chapter built this colonial style house with a columned porch and a serenade balcony on the site of the old College Park Grocery in 1962. This photograph was featured on page 47 of the Fall 1971 issue of The Key.
