The dining room of the house at 360 11th Street seats 90 at various-sized tables. The Delta Chi Chapter house was designed by Fraternity architect Frances Sutton Schmitz and her husband Herbert and was ready for occupancy on March 26, 1965. This photograph was featured on page 17 of the Spring 1966 issue of The Key.
