The Delta Sigma Chapter house at 1212 West Fourth Street is in a Williamsburg style, designed by Fraternity Architect Frances Sutton Schmitz. The chapter moved into their house on April 1, 1968. This photograph was featured on page 36 of the Spring 1969 issue of The Key.
