The Beta Eta Chapter house features a large front yard. This house on Lasuen Street, constructed in 1899-1900 and occupied since January 1900, was the first house owned by a chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma. This photograph was featured on page 136 of the February 1926 issue of The Key.
