Three Historical Pageant Participants in Presidents' Dresses Photograph, July 13, 1952

Unidentified historical pageant participants wear gowns worn by former Fraternity Presidents during the 1952 National Convention. One the left is the dress worn by Florence Burton Roth on her wedding day, just two weeks before she was elected Grand Secretary. Charlotte Barrell Ware graced the courts of Europe in the lace gown in the center and the dress on the right belonged to Bertha Richmond Chevalier. This photograph was featured on page 154 of the Spring 1957 issue of The Key.
