Sixty-seven habiteers, Kappas who have attended five or more National Conventions, welcomed eight new members to their ranks at the Habiteers Luncheon during the 1958 National Convention. Ranking Habiteer Elizabeth Schofield, with 25 conventions, presided over the meeting and welcomed Florence Pumyea McCarthy, Jane Emig Ford, Ivabel Beidler (the convention stenotypist who is not a Kappa), Katherine Ball Everitt, Florence Hutchinson Lonsford, Margaret Thomas Nelson, Carroll Dyrenforth Lowitz, Addelloyd Whiting Williams and Roselynd Atherholt Wood (shown clockwise).
