Minnie Stewart Painting and Dorothy Ettle Bust at Stewart House Photograph 1, May 18, 1990


A painting by Minnie Stewart hangs at the Stewart House during its dedication. A bust of Dorothy Buck Ettl sits on the table in front of the painting. The bust, worth over $10,000, was donated by her husband. Ettl was a member of Kappa Alpha Sigma before transferring to the University of Colorado, where she joined Beta Mu Chapter; she was a strong advocate for the reinstallation of Alpha Chapter at Monmouth College.
