Mildred Anderson received a 1962 Alumnae Achievement Award in recognition of her career as a parliamentarian for organizations such as the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Parent Teachers Association, and the Council of Jewish Women, her work on the School Board of Aspinwall, Pennsylvania and the Kappa Bylaws Committee, and her assistance with the revised Robert's Rules of Order, among other achievements.
