Jamia Jacobsen holds a PhD in Philosophy and Clinical Psychology and currently serves as the Director of the Avon Urgent Care Behavioral Health Suboxone Program in Indianapolis, Indiana. She served President Reagan as the President of the Child Abuse and Neglect Board in Washington, D.C.
