Theta Province Director of Chapters Marilyn Maloney Riggs delivered a speech entitled "Through the Years with Kappa" at the Wichita, Kansas Founders' Day celebration. At the celebration, two 50 year Kapas received their pins, and two Notable Kappas where honored for their professional work.
