Kappa philanthropy is focused on three main areas. First, higher education for women through scholarships and fellowships. Second, rehabilitation, through rehabilitation focused scholarships, the Kappa Rehabilitation Services Program, and gifts of time and money to programs for people with disabilities. Third, Kappa is focused on supporting Kappa members facing financial crisis through the Rose McGill Fund.
