Director of Membership Kay Larson sent a questionnaire to 24 membership chairman and 12 advisors asking questions about new member recruitment. In this article, the Key publishes selected responses from a variety of chapters. They provide multiple perspectives on the recruitment process. The article is adorned with illustrations of happy young women and photographs of rush activities. At the end of the article there is an illustration of two women with the words, "Happiness is being a Kappa Pledge" and instructions for how active members may provide member recommendations.
