The Sacramento Valley Alumnae Association won first place for their display at the annual Kappa Alpha Theta Flaming Festival. The Association also hosted Dorothy Sherman Stokes, assistant to the Director of Membership, at their Founder's Day luncheon. The association claims the largest alumni donation totalling $2,340.
