This editorial is reprinted from Column, a campus Greek newspaper at Miami University. The author applies Martin Buber's "I and Thou" method to describe the nature of a Greek organization. She claims the fraternity is an "I-thou" relationship with open, vulnerable communication and sensitive dialogue to her experience with her fraternity sisters. She adds that although this relationship can happen in an number of ways, Greek organizations are particularly effective at facilitating an "I and Thou" relationship.
