A Look Behind the Scenes at the Centennial Convention


This report by the assistant convention chairman for the 1970 National Convention in French Lick, Indiana gives a glowing review of the process and people who put together the convention. Each worker, almost all of whom are volunteers, is listed along with her interests, profession, family, and responsibilities at the convention. The article includes committee heads, artists, field secretaries, reporters and organizers, and is broken up by pictures of the beautiful convention hotel and its grounds.
