The Reference Study Committee was appointed in 1968 and the results of the study were reported at the Centennial Convention. All three of the committee's proposals presented at convention were adopted by democratic vote. The adopted proposals are as follows: to completely revamp the reverse side of the green sheet to provide meaningful choices which select differentials in traits, to institute a bulletin to be sent to chapters providing documented items relative to current campus problem (Concerned University People of KUP), and to allow a chapter to vote by secret ballot on a rushee.
