The Pan-Hellenic Council


A report which describes the meeting of fourteen fraternity representatives in Philadelphia to discuss the merits for forming a general conference of fraternity men. Ten delegates agree, and arguments were made to send the message to other fraternities. The author provides "cordial support" for the idea, and adds that new decisions will have to be made regarding individual fraternity ethics and rights.
