This small, 22-page scrapbook was created by the 1978-1980 Fraternity Council as a thank-you gift for the Rho chapter, whose members invited the Council for a visit during the 1979 Council Meeting. The scrapbook contains predominantly black and white portrait photographs of unidentified Kappas from an earlier period. The scrapbook with an embossed black letter cover features a black string binding.
