This scrapbook documents Kappas who served as fraternity officers and province directors of chapters, primarily those elected or appointed at the 1986 National Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The scrapbook is primarily composed of photographs and short biographies of province directors of chapters, as well as a handful of photographs of the Fraternity Headquarters and the 1986 Convention.
