This scrapbook documents the people, places, and events of the 1938 National Convention in Hot Springs, Virginia. It was created by Alice Boyd, delegate from Delta chapter, and includes programs, menus, photographs, clippings, and other ephemera from the event.

This scrapbook is extremely fragile, as many of its pages have crumbling or torn edges. There is a water stain on the front cover. As of 2019, HistoryIT disassembled this scrapbook and rehoused the pages in seven labeled folders.
This 58-page scrapbook features blue fabric covers, with the letters KKG spelled in blue ribbon diagonally across the front. The pages are tied together with a blue ribbon.
